Do you use mfp calories burnt or go by what your machine says.is mfp accurate? My bike shows a 45 calorie difference being less so I go by that.

hi so I have looked at the calorie graph for the last 30 days. Does this graph not include calories burnt through exercise? It seems I go over ( I am still losing). Thanks

How do I edit my exercise? Help Please!
I put in the wrong amount of exercise and I don't know how to delete. I went into the exercise bit and changed to 0 but it kept going back to the original amount. Any ideas on how to delete the exercise please?

hi so this is the second time I have started weight loss in the last 3 years. I lost 24 kilos 3 years ago but it all came back on plus some. How do you maintain long term maintainence and do you have any tips please so I can be successful this time?

giving up wine
Wine used to be my treat, but sice I have been eating healthy I can no longer tolerate it, one or two glasses gives me bad headaches. Has anyone else found it harder to tolerate alcohol with weight loss...and more so did you subsitute with anything?

eating more calories
Hi last night I went over my calories by 200. For the last week I have been under calories ( by about 200) on some days so I figure it should even out and I should lose weight still. Has anyone else done this and still lost?

number of calories a day
hi I have just set up my diary and I need to consume 1500 calories a day. I am 106 kg and I want to lose .75kg a week. I have looked at other sites, and they say I need to consume 1800 caloreis a day to lose weight of the same amount I am confused! 300 calories is a big difference and I think 1500 calories is quite lean…
