For me personally If it's within your calories it's more of a habit than a treat especially if you do it every day and that's fine. I would consider a treat when you really indulge like a big blow out or go over your calories significantly so therefore not too often if I can help it

hi well done! You look great. I have a question, what did you eat on your cheat days?
-
vodka is the best. Be careful what you mix it with though It's nice with lime soda water or diet cranberry juice and lemonade.
-
I love wine also I try to have a couple on a wednesday night and a couple on a friday after work- got to have some treats! Much prefer a wine than chocolate lol. Just add it into your calories and if you have too much, just cut back the next day. i should say try to have no more than two at a time and with food so you dont…

I think this is perfectly normal, it keeps your metobolism fired up and you are eating well. Those at your office, dont worry about what they do and do not eat. Some of them just living off soup may go home and binge for Africa- who knows?

My PCOS is worse when I am heavier now that I have lost 10kg with still 22kg to go, my cycles are regular. I used to suffer from high blood pressure but that has got better and I am sure I was pre diabetic when heavier.

900grams all up. Hope to lose it in the next two weeks. Not too worried, as long as it doesnt keep going up.I expected this to happen and I am ok with it

I use butter instead of margarine as margarine is so bad and processed and one molecule away from plastic so I dont want that in my body.I just add it into my calories. I prefer cream than whipped cream, vegetables, fruit, cheese, nuts, meat, fish, eggs. I do have brown bread as I need some carbs in the morning as I work…

You are the same height as me I think you look so good. I want to get to about 78kg ( currently 101) I think it will be a weight I can maintain, too low and I will struggle. I am being kind and giving myself a year to get to my goal.
-
chocolate and wine
-
How tall are you? You look amazing! I am wanting to get to a similar weight also
-
For me it has to be a weight that I can realistically maintain. If I was to want to weigh the same as I did before kids I would have to be super strict alot and obsessive. I don't want to be like that! So I pick a weight that I feel I will look good, feel good and be able to maintain and that is around 76-78 kilos

Yes I did go over xmas eve and day but I will make up for it by exercising and getting back on track food wise on boxing day. It's only one day
-
diet. Exercise is really good for toning and getting fit but to lose weight it is 80% food
-
I love seeing my body change shape as I lose..I now have a waist lol. I do love my but and boobs and thighs, but not my wobbly belly from having kids, but hey none of us a perfect right?

Hi Nikki, welcome! I too suffer from PCOS and have struggled with my weight for 15 years, and the only thing I find helps is weight loss...and it is hard, so I try not to be hard on myself. I really need to exercise and watch what I eat because sugary and high carb foods really don't help. So start with small steps..try a…

I think it's unrealistic to log for the rest of your life, that could be 30, 40 or 50 years! I think until you get to goal, then do it, then weekly weigh yourself, and keep regular exercise and eat everything in moderation. It shouldnt be a diet, cos diets don't work. It should be just eating to fuel your body, not deprive…

I think so many of us can relate. I am the queen of yo yo weight loss. 3 years ago I lost 24 kilos ( over 50 pounds) and then we had earthquakes ( I am in Christchurch New Zealand) and for 2 years we had many shocks and shakes, and two major ones where lives were lost and people in my city were so affected including our…

A 150 pound woman who exercises looks thiner and fitter than one who is the same weight who does no exercise cos she is flabby, they can look at least 20 pounds heavier
-
eat some !! Have some dark chocolate, it's the best just a few squares, workm into your food diary :)
-
I use Stevia, artifical sweetners are full of crap...

You look great I have lost 15 pounds, don't think it is so obvious to others but I can fit into my skinny jeans now
-
I know it must be so frustrating, for you. I think the bigger a person is the less it can show, or so I have been told. My friend lost 8kg she looked fantastic, I have lost nearly 8kg and no one has noticed. I am at least 30 kg heavier than her so I am guessing thats why. Dont give up you have done so well :)
