I too suffer from PCOS and have struggled with my weight for 15 years, and the only thing I find helps is weight loss...and it is hard, so I try not to be hard on myself. I really need to exercise and watch what I eat because sugary and high carb foods really don't help. So start with small steps..try a low GI diet, wholegrains, fruit, nuts, avocado, protien, and gentle walking or swimming.
Don't lose hope!
Also have you tried metformin? I have been on this in the past when trying to conceive, it can work for some.0
