I've found that I LOVE to cross a finish line! I can't run for speed or distance but I enjoy a new race shirt! I also love to sweat because it means I'm getting a great workout. But I was never an athlete! How about you?

1 gallon of water in a day?
I went for a hefty hike this morning and bought a Crystal Geyser 1 gallon jug of water. I just read online that it's about 16 8oz servings.....if I drink all will it affect my weight in the morning? safe to do? I thought I read somewhere that you should have 2 quarts a day but what do you think??

The perfect food diary
Does anyone have an open Food Diary that can show me the right way to eat the right amount of protein, fiber & all that? I understand you can eat McDonalds and such to make the numbers work but I'm talking about real deal, real food meals. It would be helpful to me.

How long is your day & how much do you eat?
My day starts at 6am. I workout and then eat again (lately) because it takes so long to get to lunchtime! My day goes to maybe 11pm sometimes (teenagers!) so I am hungry until the end!! Is your day this long and do you snack until bedtime?
