The perfect food diary

Does anyone have an open Food Diary that can show me the right way to eat the right amount of protein, fiber & all that? I understand you can eat McDonalds and such to make the numbers work but I'm talking about real deal, real food meals. It would be helpful to me.

Mine is open -- it's seriously lacking enough calories, but it meets/exceeds my recommended protein and fiber.0

You should look at several and take ideas from several of them. Just you can have an Idea of what each person is eating. No one is perfect. If you try to be perfect you lifestyle change wont last long,

I understand this, I was looking for the "catchy title" so I can get some response! I was looking for the variety in what people eat, not meal replacements, not under calorie, not McDonalds, but real foods. Plus I was going to the grocery store and wanted to buy what I needed.0 -
