The best of the best in 2011

So what are your best habits formed in 2011? Your favorite MFP challenges you participated in? Best health/fitness related item purchased? And how about your biggest accomplisment in 2011? What do you want to try in 2012?

1. I think my best habits formed were drinking a gallon of water and taking a walk daily
2. My best challenges had to do with daily check-in goals, logging my miles & logging calories.
3. My best/most helpful items purchased were Brita filter & gallon pitcher for my water.
4. My biggest accomplishment was my mudrace. (Ok, and losing 25 stinkin pounds!!)
5. I want to be successful in logging 2012 miles & I want to up my fitness game at my gym.

None of these things would have been accomplished without MFPs. I owe all of my successes to my MFPs and I am looking forward to 2012 on MFP!!

    My fave MFP challenge was a WOD posted by Engineman... 10 pushups every half hour for the whole day. It got my whole family doing pushups & I felt really proud at the end of the day. 240 pushups in a day is def more than I'd ever done before.
  • Best Habit Formed: Tracking my calories on a daily basis.
    Best MFP Challenge: I did not partake in any challenges this past year.
    Best Health/Fitness Purchase: Polar FT7, and some new Tae Bo DVD's.
    Biggest Accomplishment in 2011: Losing 43 lbs that added to my total loss of over 70 lbs.

    So what are your best habits formed in 2011? Probably logging and SEEing what I eat....in your face.

    Your favorite MFP challenges you participated in? The Diva Challenge it got me to exercise more regularly again!

    Best health/fitness related item purchased? A medicine ball and the strength bands to use at home.

    And how about your biggest accomplisment in 2011? I think changing my whole idea of how I used to be and what I am now ALONG with changing my food/fitness workout with the changes in my life! Changing and tweaking your routine when life changes. Things may not always stay or be the same and you have to change with it...

    What do you want to try in 2012? Stay fierce!!

    Logging my food and seeing just what I consumed on a daily basis! Wow that was a shocker!
    Getting out and moving more!
    Logging into MFP everyday now since last July!
    Getting my friend Sue started on MFP, she is doing so well and getting healthier, hopefully she will not have to have a liver transplant since her numbers are looking better and better!
    Trying to be an inspiration for my HS friend that he too can become a fraction of his self! Love ya Pete!
