Is anyone else doing it at this time? Has anyone else done it? How do you get adequate nutrition during this time.. or...do you just not? I don't need motivation not eating sugar, bread, meat, dairy, eggs etc... that's fine.. I just need help eating the right stuff. :)

Haha, since I was young...this is what I wanted to be... but I always thought it was unrealistic. :/ I know a few people who do wrestling locally and I think once I pack on some muscle, I want to try it out! what do you want to be when you grow up?

I get dizzy/lightheaded when I work out.
Especially when I am lifting weights.. even little baby ones All the machines say "stop if you feel dizzy..." Do I really need to stop? Is there any way I can fix this?

I keep seeing starvation mode doesn't exist, and then it does.. Or to eat back your exercise calories, then...don't. A calorie is a calorie, and then... you'll only lose weight eating healthy. Lose 5 pounds a week, lose .5 pounds a week... eat 900 calories a day, eat 2,000 calories a day... you can't gain muscle if you're…

How do I get some muscle over here?
I have a gym membership... but I basically just do a lot of cardio.. a) because I don't know how to use a lot of the machines properly b) If I do I can't lift very much weight at all. :( I want to be stronger...and a little less..well...plushy. Any tips?
