At Home Abdominal Exercises
Tell me the best ones to do. How many reps per set? The only equipment that I have is an exercise ball, a yoga matt, and a few free weights (10 - 25 pound range). There's got to be a better alternative than just the usual crunch.

Feeling like I'm not going to have any results

I injured my right knee big time by overdoing my first week of the C25K and NOT resting (Don't do that!)
