Ketosis or not Ketosis
question, if you are really trying for the ketosis, is "net carbs" kind of cheating? Do you try and stick to 50 "carb carbs" for that to happen? what has been everyone's experience? What is your carb count for you to lose weight? THANKS!!

Juicers - thinking about getting myself one for Christmas

Finally got the wine-every-day out of my life!
