i need some guidance on how to start using weights. i know I need to JUST DO IT... I have a weight bench and 5, 10 and 10 pound weights. I have a weight that you put around your ankle with a bunch of weights you slide in and out.
i am sure there are a gazillion books on the subject, but does anyone have just the thing I need to do to get started? I am a 62 year old grandmother and still working behind a desk and computer every day and have a feeling that a weight lifting program would make a big difference for me......thanks!
