1. Don't trust the marketing on the front of the label of any of your food! Turn that package around and read the nutritional value AND ingredients! Anyone ever try EARTHQUAKE lifts?!
I started doing them recently (bench press, military press, even squatting) and they're tremendous for strengthening stabilizing muscles, work on hypertrophy, and break through plateaus. Youtube them and give them a try! (note: not necessarily for beginners)
