I've just downloaded the new update and now the app won't open on my iPhone...I don't know if this is the right place to post this but it is very frustrating and I wondered if anyone else was having the same problem?

best way of squatting without a squat rack
My gym doesn't have a squat rack. Is it better to squat with a barbell - but because you've got to lift it over your head it's not going to be as big as you could squat - OR squat using heavier dumbbells?
