The app keeps on crashing

I've just downloaded the new update and now the app won't open on my iPhone...I don't know if this is the right place to post this but it is very frustrating and I wondered if anyone else was having the same problem?

I know. It's so frustrating, so now I just use the website on my phone's browser. Still, it was so handy to have the barcode scan feature.

That bar code scanner is soooo handy for sure. I'm finding the website keeps locking up too. =(
