Gym vs. MFP ??
So after an hour of doing the stair climber at the gym it told me I lost 240 calories which is fine by me. When I try adding it in for an hour on MFP it tries saying I burned 750 calories.... Hey! So I think I understand it but am just trying to be sure if I originally have 1200 calories and then I workout for an hour and get a few hundred more calories put on, does that mean I should eat those calories or just leave them. Shouldn't I be burning more calories than what i'm consuming? Thanks!
