ahhh late night food consumption.. help!
i do so well during the day with restraint in terms of portions/calorie consumption, and then from about 7pm to 10pm i lose control. im not eating badly, i think my food content is healthy, its just the quantity. i eat about half my day's calories in that 3 hour period and i know its not good to go to bed full like that.…

Cant stay under my sugar goals!!!
Ok... so in trying to eat healthy/low cal, I try to have 1-2 fruits a day, plus yogurt. This always puts me WAY over my sugar count... not necessarily the carbs, but definitely the sugars. I get plenty of protein and fiber. How big of a deal is going over on this sugar stuff??

stubborn inner thigh fat!!! BLAH!
i know this is a major problem area for a lot of women. I have never been able to get rid of it. From what i've read, the best way is liposuction... HA... that is not an option. Any other suggestions? Even when I'm at my thinnest this always seems to be my problem area. HELP!!!

morning vs night time workouts...
I have heard conflicting info on whether or not AM workouts are better than PM workouts. I've heard that working out in the evening, you burn more cals through the night even when you are sleeping. insanity... how many cals burned?
Hi all... anyone else doing the insanity workouts? I'm 5'2'' and 108lbs, wondering if anyone could estimate how many cals I burn in a 40-45 min workout? Need it for my log, right now I'm guessing around 250, but I think this may be an underestimation, from what I'm reading it looks like typically people burn like 600-700…
