Feeling lost and stuck

Can't guess activity level
I workout 6-7 days a week for 30 min. The rest of the day I am semi-active doing cleaning, shopping and playing with my 9.5 month old. What should I put as my activity level?? I typically put "light"

calories in vs calories out
MFP has set me at 1290 a day. I do my workouts and (according to MFP) burn a little over 350 calories. I do my workouts first this in the morning, before I eat anything (I get nauseous very easily). Do I eat these back or do I leave them as my deficit???

Working out at end of my day ir beginning
Long story short, I have a 6 month old daughter and working out in the mornings have become a huge struggle and are basically not happening. Her bathtime is between 8-830pm and she usually goes to bed right after. So my question is would I get the same benefits as working out in the morning if I did it at night?

Most accurate type of scale
Was wondering if anyone knows which scale is more accurate: a dial or a digital. I'm guessing digital but I have one and last week it gave me several different readings not within range of each other. IF (intermittent Fasting)???
Someone had recommended this Intermittent fasting as a way to lose weight. Did some research and supposedly there's 2 ways to do it: for 24 hrs or for 6-8 hours.
