Have some grits with the egg white? Personally I'd keep the yolk and cook my egg(s) sunny side up with runny yolk so that it can ooze into the grits. "So taste! Much yum - Doge"

Why? isn't your bagel thin working?

    Toast?
    Pancake?
Cheese / ham / mushroom in your egg

Look around your grocery store bakery section- there are a lot of different kinds of specialty breads with nuts and seeds in them, cinnamon raisin, herbs and cheese, etc. Usually they don't cost much more than pre-packaged loafs or a bag of bagels anyways.

I make rice, eggs, salt and pepper for breakfast almost every work morning and it fills me up until lunch. Sometimes I throw in some hot sauce.

Do you mean you eat the egg/fruit with the bagel or is the egg/fruit a completely different meal idea?

I'm guessing the first one.... (?)

English muffin or homemade lower calorie muffin (I make a batch and freeze them).

Maybe you could make an egg wrap (with cheese & veggies) using a low carb tortilla

Mix a can of pumpkin with a box of spice cake mix. Bake in muffin tins to box's specifications. Delicious :)

English muffin, add your egg white to it and either a protein/veggie/cheese and have a sandwich.
