The back boobs. We all hate them! What exercises can be done to help get rid of them???
( notice I said HELP. I know that "spot reducing" is difficult and most don't believe in it)

  • HIT and weight training works for me . Try Jim Stoppani short cut to shred at bodybuilding. Com . His supplements are awesome also !

I think someone just asked this yesterday.

Since spot reduction isn't possible, i'd follow the usual fat-loss advice of a calorie deficit. It's good to add full-body strength training to keep a high metabolism.

Yep. Can't spot reduce that back fat. Just keep eating at a deficit to lose fat in general. Strength training is always recommended to help maintain lean body mass, which will definitely help your back look sexier once you are closer to goal weight.

This. No magic exercise, set rep scheme, or specific cardio can help you lose weight if you are not eating at a caloric deficit. Good luck and I hope you get your goal.

I don't think there's a particular exercise to get rid of it, My sister in law use to have back fat, and she lost about 30 pounds and now it's gone. Are you overweight a bit? That possibly could be why.

As others have said, "targeted fat loss" is a myth. You can target muscle build, but muscles don't get energy from nearby fat they get energy from the blood, which in turn picks up energy from wherever it happens to be as it travels a complete circuit through your body every twenty seconds or so.
