About to finish Smolov Base, what should I do afterwards?
Skipping out on the IM because I want to progress my other lifts as well as my squat, and a full 13 week investment (I've already invested 6) on just my squats seems a bit much for now. Curious what MFP recommends I do afterwards.

4-5 Day Splits, do you do them?
Thinking about switching over from a high frequency (hitting each muscle group twice a week with 2-3 day splits) to a 4-5 day split, would love some input on 4-5 day splits from people who have done it before. Thanks!

Sore Traps = Headache?
I'm still relatively new to back squats (did front squats for the longest time as my main leg movement, now doing high bar ATG back squats) and get sore traps from placing the bar on them. What do you do when you see terrible form at the gym?
Today I saw someone going deep on some good mornings with a really rounded back (I'm not exaggerating when I say his back resembled a flamingo's neck) on the squat rack but ultimately just said nothing and let him do his thing. What would you do if you saw terrible/potentially dangerous form in the gym?
