29 lbs down with Pics
The one on the left is at 12.4 lb loss. The one of the right is at 29 lbs loss total. There is a 16.6 lbs difference between the time the 2 pics were taken.

Weight loss slowed...this is what I think happened.
When I first started using MFP on 3/5/11 I was set to eat 1200 cals a day. I was exercising a few times a week and burning about 1300 a week for the first month. I dropped 12.2 lbs. Scales are not my friend today
I weighed myself this morning and it showed a 3lb weight gain for this week. Are you kidding me? Has anyone else had the scales do this. Saturdays are my official weigh in day. Could it be bloating from that time of the month? I have not gone over my calories any this week.
