How Do You Stay On Track?
In the past I've lost weight, gained it back [multiple times] and now I'm at square one again :s and weighing the most I've EVER weighed in my life. What are the things you do to keep yourself on track?

Weight Stalemate (HELP ME PLEASE)

my itty bitty milestone

View my diary, help me improve what I eat
I've been on here for about 14 days and I've lost 7 lbs so far. My eating habits have drastically changed since I started and I exercise a lot more.
