Weight Stalemate (HELP ME PLEASE)

So I take classes 3-4 times a week (pole dancing once a week for 1 hr., cross training 2-3 times a week for 1 hr. 15 mins). I walk a total of about 30-40 minutes daily. Although I am noticing changes in my body (I acutally have a little bicep muscle now, my thighs are stronger, my core is stronger, my slight double chin is gone and my endurance and stamina have doubled maybe even tripled) there still has been no weight loss for about a month. I've been staying within my caloric intake (after all of my exercise has been factored in).

Or am I possibly focusing on the wrong goal?

I'm not really pissed that I'm not losing the weight because I'm noticing that I'm developing strength and although I want to lose weight I don't want to be "skinny" or "slim", I just want to be fit and healthy with a little defination.

So what could I be doing that may be preventing my weight loss?

Hello, first off, congrats on being awesome!! Sounds like you are doing great! Maybe open your food diary (have you been keeping your food logged?) so people can see what exactly you're eating? Could be too much sodium (water weight), carbs, not eating enough, eating too much...?

    THANK YOU!!!
I do log my food in daily, it's private though well not to my friends. Now you have me second guessing my sodium intake (think I'm going to take a closer look at that.

Yes, pole dancing. It helps build up strength and coordination. Class is held at a dance studio.
