eating olive oil
I have been adding olive oil to my dishes, mainly dip a whole grain bread in it and eat it. I absolutely love it but I am wondering if its worth the spike in calories.....like how much is too much in a day? Are there lower calorie versions that are just as good for you. I am guessing this was asked at one time or another but does eating hot peppers speed up your metabolism? Does cooking the pepper diminish any metabolism boost compared to eating raw? I know that canned jalepanos have less of a kick than the raw.....just wondering, thanks!

counting steps on pedometer?
I am wearing a pedometer and I am shooting for 10,000 steps a day. Usually at work I will get close to that goal but not if few are aerobic steps. Do I count these steps into my activity log. My pedometer gives me the amount of calories burned for those steps so i could generalize walking in the activity column. thanks
