Fitbit calories vs MFP
I am getting confused between Fitbit and MFP. Fitbit tells me I burn ~2200 calories a day and MFP says my target caloric intake should be 1600. If I am trying to have a 500 calorie deficit per day (in order to lose 1lb per week), should I be ensuring my deficit is 2200-(calories eaten) = ~500 calories?

Point of timing exercise with FitBit Charge HR?
I have a FitBit Charge HR and am wondering if there is a point of indicating to my FitBit (via the side button) that I am starting and ending a workout? My HR and steps are tracked all day, so it doesn't actually help to increase my calorie burn during that time, does it? Thanks for the advice!

Need a new Beachbody challenge group
I don't really like the Beachbody challenge group my coach runs. I like my coach a lot and how we are all post on Facebook daily, but all the members are moms and I can't relate to them. Does anyone know of a challenge group with 20-somethings I can join?

Calorie intake
I have been aiming to eat 1441 calories a day. I just recalculated my BMR and TDEE based on my weight loss and got a TDEE of 1984. It suggests aiming to eat no less than 20% less of your TDEE which is 1587. Should I be upping my caloric intake each day?

1200 calories a day seems low
Hello, I am a 27yo 5'5" tall female who weighs 135. I run for 3mi three times a week, but otherwise I have a desk job, so am sitting a lot.
