Calorie intake

I have been aiming to eat 1441 calories a day. I just recalculated my BMR and TDEE based on my weight loss and got a TDEE of 1984. It suggests aiming to eat no less than 20% less of your TDEE which is 1587. Should I be upping my caloric intake each day?

Given that you don't have much weight to lose (based on your ticker and profile pic) I would aim for at least TDEE -20%, maybe nearer TDEE -10%.
ETA: honestly, looking at your photo, I'd actually eat nearer maintenance and aim for more of a body re-composition if anything, rather than further weight loss.0 -
