Damn shin splints!!
After going on the treadmill, I get terrible shin splints in both legs.... ILooking at getting a shin splint compression sleeve.... Has anyone used one? Have they helped? Can I wear one on both legs at the same time? Thanks everyone :)

Do you use one? Do you find them accurate? Do you use them often or go off other sources (machines used, MVP etc..) Do you find a difference between cheap and expensive ones? I am looking at investing in one so would like honest opinions please :)

Has surprised you the most about your diet? Mine has been how much I am actually enjoying eating good foods and even though I sometimes get cravings which I never cave in on, I am surprised at how much I don't miss eating junk food!
