I am posting this in the success stories topic section as I believe I am a success!!
I am 1 full week into dieting and I am still not bored, unmotivated, eaten any junk and I am seeing results!!
1 week in of healthy eating and working out, I have achieved the following:
a). Last week, I was spilling out of size 24 tops, today I am wearing a size 22
b). I am 7lbs lighter
c). I have lost a total of 20inches from around my thighs, chest, boobs, waist, hips and arms!!
d). Gone from lasting barely 5 minutes on the exercise bike to doing 30 minute workouts over the 7 days!

I am not gloating here, I promise! I am simply putting it to you that with sheer determination, a little motivation, your goal jeans hanging on the door and a lot of will power - you too can achieve great results no matter how big or small!! Every loss is a great success!
Don't worry if you don't see a difference right away, your body is adjusting to the wonderful changes you are making, and it will happen - just stick to it!!
I know I am only 7 days into the diet, and I still have a long journey ahead but these changes are just the motivation I need and I know I can do this because I really want it!!
If you need any help, advice, motivation - then please feel free to add me, I am always up for a chat if you need me!!
Good luck to each and every one of you on your journeys!!

Right on!!! I feel the same even though I am at the beginning of my journey. We can and will make changes! Every little change is a small victory towards the bigger picture! Great job and determination!

Good for you, honey! So happy for you. Be sure that you're eating enough calories (net 1500 or 1600), & doing strength training in addition to cardio. You'll be amazed at your progress. Keep working hard, you're doing wonderful

I started on Jan 2 and have lost 4 lbs from initial weigh in and 9 lbs since 27th of Dec. I too am really motivated to do this! I can't wait to put on my first pair of goal jeans, hopefully by the end of this month!
