Coconut & Lime Smoothie

Serves 4 and calories are around 263 :)

600 g low-fat plain yogurt
400 ml coconut milk
1 lime, juice only
1 tsp honey
15 ice cubes

Method
1. Put the yogurt, coconut milk, lime juice and honey in a liquidiser and blend until smooth.

2. Crush the ice cubes in a blender or other machine suitable for crushing ice.

3. Put the crushed ice in glasses and pour in the smoothie mixture. Serve immediately.
