Enjoying my water? HELL NO!!! I've pretty much given up my beloved Dr. Thunder, which is the best tasting beverage out there, and have been struggling to drink 8 glasses of water a day, usually falling short. This is tougher than exercising; first, water alone is BORING, BORING, BORING. I have never liked drinking plain water, and before starting this program I rarely did. Water is much better with coffee in it, plus sugar and creamer. Second, I'm not as thirsty as all that, and have to force myself ( never fun), and third, worst of all, it means going to the john every two or three hours, and when I get up at night I cannot get back to sleep so I'm wide awake for the rest of the night. And I already had serious sleep (or lack thereof) problems. So; yeah, the water consumption is a real pain in the *kitten*, but I'm trying.

Now I know what I'll be picturing in my head everytime I take a drink of my water.

I'm getting in my 8 glasses a day, sometimes more, but I haven't given up my coffee or diet cokes...don't think I ever could! So,I guess since I'm still drinking the things that I enjoy I don't have a problem with all of the water...well, except for having to go pee every couple of hours!!!

I have a 32 oz gatorade bottle that I just fill with water and keep near me at work. As long as I fill it & empty it twice I know I've hit my water goal.
