Just wanted to share my progress so far... It's been 33 days and I've lost 15lbs, nearly 40 inches from chest to thigh

Atm It's mainly just eating healthy snacks and smaller portions and I am down the gym 5 days a week for 30/40 minutes doing the bike, treadmill and elliptical xx0 -
