Not really a recipe but super healthy and delicious soup!
I bought the soup at Costco.. it is sooo yummy! Its called chopped vegetable and barley. It only has 80 calories per serving and 1.5 grams of fat. I've been loving it lately... I put a picture of it on my blog http://skinnyplace.blogspot.com/ Check it out. I think you'll love it. Its delicious!
