5'8...whats your goal weight?

Im 5'8 and 22 years old. Im trying to decide what a healthy weight is for my goal... I thought there was another post about this but cant seem to find it. Whats your goal?

I'm 5'8" and 21 years old! When I started at 169, my goal weight was 145. Now that I've hit that, I'm going for 135...but I think I might go for 130! I think that's the lowest though...0

I don't know what my goal is......I'm 5'7", and used to weigh 130.....and was REALLY SKINNY. Like TOO skinny. I think I'll be happy in another 5-6 lbs (145lbs-ish).0

My max weight goal is 154, with 147lbs as my main goal.0 -
I'm 5'8" as well but bigger framed my ideal goal is 150-140... anything below 140 and I start looking like a skeleton.0

Mine is 155, but I've never ever been that small, so I have no idea if that is enough weight or too much or how my body will look at the end0

im 5'8 and weigh 177 lb. im aiming for about 155 pounds. if i lost any more i would look sick. i am naturally kinda muscular and have a medium sized frame. its really different for everybody, two people could weigh the same and look really different. good luck=)0

I'm close to 5'8" and 21 years old. My first goal weight was 140 but I'm at 144 right now and want to go lower. So my goal weight is 1300

My ultimate goal weight is 150lbs for me, I think that's pretty ideal for someone who's 5'8" and wants a healthy look.0

when I was 21 with 5'8" I was always between 130 and 135, though I felt better with 135, with 130 I often got dizzy and had to fight low blood pressure. But it depends on your body, my friend was same tall but weighed 140 and looked leaner than me.0

I was teeny in the middle with a big chest and butt in Junior High at 135. But we never ate. At high school I was much more active but still skinny. 145. I went to college and the highest I've ever been is 192. It really shows in my face and belly, though, and I wear about the same size. I've only been a 11-14 my whole life. I'm trying to stay away from the 16 now. I think 165 is my goal weight for now.0

I'm 5'9" and mine is 148. It was my lowest weight in my adult life.0

I'm 5'9". My goal is 145 lbs. But I think it's going to need to be re- evaluated! I'm 6lbs away from my goal, and I think I'm going to want to loose more. I'm thinking 140 lbs. Not sure if I would want to go any lower than that. We will see!0

I'm 5 8 1/2 and I was 141 in high school and near emaciation, so the goal is 145 bc I think even if I was the same weight I'd never look that small again.0

I am 5'73/4" My goal is 135lbs but my real goal is to be defined and get rid of as much cellulite as possible. I want that line on the side of my thigh and i want some abs popping and amazing arms that are a bit intimidating to men. lol I also want strength so i can kick but if needed.0

I'm 5'8", 35 yo, and my goal is 20% body fat....weight becomes kinda meaningless when you have lean muscle mass0

I'm 5'8 and I thought that my goal weight was 140. I am at 150 now and can fit into a size 4 dress - I have been working with lots of weights too though so the weight comes in a smaller, tighter package
I am not sure that I will make it down to 140 without looking too thin so I am aiming for 144 now (which would be 50 lbs total) and if I get there, anything extra will be icing on the cake.
I'd say set a flexible goal, knowing that you might not have to make it all the way there to be really happy with how you look.0 -

I'm 5'8 and im 166 right now and at 164 im "normal" BMI. But my goal is 135. I have never been that thin before so I have no idea how that will look. I'm very curvey and when I was 150 people told me i was skinny all the time so 135 might be pushing it but I would like to try.0

I'm 5'10" shooting for 170. Though I'm more concerned with getting down to about 8% body fat than actual weight.0

I'm 5'8", 30 years old, and my goal weight is 140 lbs. my frame is a small-medium size with my shoulders and hips at a medium build but my wrists at a small build. I could try to go smaller but want to see how a toned 140 looks and feels first.0

I am 5'8" and currently weight 123-122. My goal weight is arou.nd 115 or 117. I have a small frame, and I dont look thin at 123, so I was hoping to get my measurments down. Right now I am at 31-26-38. {i have small hips but a big butt} I wanna get to 31-24-350

I'm 5'8" and 114lbs right now. Ultimately I'd like to get up to 125 at the very least, but really just as big as possible while staying lean. If I could get up to 150lbs or more with <15% body fat I'd be very happy. I know realistically that this will take years but I put on mass at a decent rate.0
