Resistance Bands
I just started using resistance bands at home for strength training. I'm not sure how to log it in on MFP because they aren't listed in the database. If I use the corresponding exercise (lat pull, bicep, etc) how much weight do i put in? Any advice?

Hi everyone. I did a serious weight and strength training class yesterday and now I am really sore. Do I push through and do Zumba today or do I take the day off? I am afraid of risking injury. What say you, MFPers?

I need some motivation. Been on MFP for 10 weeks and while I have lost 14 lbs and some inches, I am not seeing as much weight loss as I would like. I have been on MFP for about 2 months and have been pretty successful. I started doing more strength training this week because I have read that it helps your body with long term weight loss, toning, etc. BUT when I weighed in today I had GAINED WEIGHT instead of losing? Stay at home mom activities burn calories?
I was just looking over the excercise database and was surprised to see that every day activities like cleaning, cooking, and food shopping are listed I do these things almost every day, should I be logging them in? Does anyone else?

Horrible Weekend
I fell off the wagon this weekend and I feel so yucky! McDonalds, Nachos, M & M's, I basically ate junk food with abandon this weekend! Now I feel derailed and awful. Someone out there please motivate me to get back on track. I need a little push. :(

Not really a water drinker
I am not a lover of plain old water. I try my best to drink it, but I am wondering if there are any other beverages that count towards water? Crystal Light, Seltzer, Unsweetened iced tea, etc... do any of these work?
