Its 3pm and I need a snack

Hi, its day 3 of MFP and so far so good. I have got the 3pm munchies and I am going out for dinner tonight. Can anyone suggest some filling, healthy snacks. What do you like to munch on?

    A few wheat thins with laughing cow cheese, a container of yogurt, lowfat pudding. A piece of fruit. A few nuts.

    My favorite snack lately has been peanut butter mixed into a plain fat free greek yogurt and a small sliced apple to dip in it!
