arc trainer
I just started using the arc trainer at my gym and was curious who else uses it and how long they go for. I'm 5'6" and currently 207 pounds. I normally warm up for 10-15 minutes on the treadmill then alternate upper and lower body weight training followed by 25-35 minutes of cardio.

I got a hrm on clearance at Target. It is a New Balance N4 which said I burned 564 calories during an hour long zumba session today. I was wondering if anyone else had a certain technique or something that they do to curb cravings? Best heart rate monitor
I was wondering who uses a heart rate monitor and which ones are recommended. I don't need a very fancy one with GPS because I don't run outside often or cycle. I do want something that can accurately calculate calories burned though.

Color me confused
I really don't understand how many calories I should be eating. My BMR is 1729 and my TDEE is 2075. MFP has my calories set at 1330 per day to lose 1.5 pounds per week. I'm not sure whether or not to eat back exercise calories or not? I'm confused. Please help me =D

Giving up pop for Lent
I was wondering if anyone else was giving up a food item for Lent. I don't drink soda often but I get one nearly every time I go out to eat. I also drink the 90 calorie cans of Coke with lunch occasionally. Hopefully just sticking to water will help me rid the extra sugars in my diet!
