Discouraging morning
Friday is weigh day. A week of being good, calorie wise and exercise wise, and the scales show no change. Lost 6 lbs the first week, 4 lbs the second, and none this past week. Two weeks gone by
Only lost 4 lbs this week; I'm pleasantly surprised. I know the first 10 is the easiest, but I still feel great about it. Only 15 lbs to go. Tracking calories and exercise on this site and reading others success stories certainly helps. Even if the losses drop back to 1 a week, I'll still make it by summer. Been a good…

First week done
Just completed morning jog and weigh in after7 days of calorie counting and staying below my calorie goal every day except on (darned wine). Scale says 4 lbs gone - only 21 to go.
