Never did anything like this before. Really want to lose 25 lbs and thought keeping track of calories might help. I didn't realize all the other stuff was on the site; I was just looking for something to track my eating habits and se if I could improve them and keep myself on a path to lose weight. Any other 60+ folks out there?

    Well, I am in the 50 plus category so we are not far off! This site has been a great help for me since I joined last month and keeping track of what I eat has been a great help!
