I need a good muffin recipe.
I'm hooked on Hungry Girl's mega corn muffin recipe ( only158 calories) for a quick "grab and go" muffin in the morning but wanting something different now. Anyone have a good sized muffin recipe low in calories? No banana or blueberry please as I don't have them on hand :(

What's your carb goal?
I was thinking about changing my carb goal to 25% for my daily goal. I was reading "The 100" diet by Jorge Cruise. Although I know I cannot ever give up pasta and bread for good, I do recognize the fact that sugar is definitely my enemy. I'd love to hear other's thoughts on this!

Does anyone know of a sample outline of meals that I can choose from (mix and match) that keep me around the 1200 calorie range? I workout 5-6 days a week which includes 3 days at gym with usually 30 minutes uphill walk on treadmill burning approx. 300 calories then 30 minutes circuit training. Strength training app for iphone 5? Is there one?
I would love an app that would not only customize a circuit/weight training program for me, but also keep track reps/weight/calories, etc. Is this asking to much? Anyone know of a free one? :)

Having trouble adding strength exercise to daily diary?
I have put in my entire strength training regimen for today and no calories have been added to my remaining daily balance. I added cardio with no problem but strength training is not calculating? Is there a maximum for each day? Or am I missing something here? Thanks!
