I'm 41 yo - 45/25/300

I'm 49 and a runner, and have it set for 50% carbs, 35% fat, 15% protein. The last few weeks, I've been a little under on carbs and a little over on fat and protein, which is fine with me--I try to hit fat and protein and let the carbs fall where they may.0

40/30/30...basically in-line with the Zone diet.0

im 45....my carbs and fat is 35% and protein 30% but i always aim to exceed my fat and protein and then let my carbs fall in the remainder0
