Is there a way to track net carbs?

For example: Total carbs - fiber = net carbs. This would be great! Thanks

There is a code you can put into mfp that will do that for you, but I just adjust the macros that are tracked on my diary to include fiber, and then I do the subtraction in my head. Here's a link to the code if you want to give that a try.

Unfortunately, not all fiber is created equal. It may be onerous to do the research, but you might want to check whether soluble and insoluble fiber are the same. In theory, the calculation for net carbs might be (total carbs - [insoluble fiber + sugar alcohols + {.x times soluble fiber}]) = net carbs.
Or, you can just eyeball itbecause a few grams here or there probably won't do you in. Good luck!
