Question about water...
What equals water? Can I drink sugar free kool-aid in place of it? Or flavored water? I know coffee doesn't count, but what about tea? I just hate water!!

How long should it take before they feel right to you? Went on my first run with my new shoes, and I felt a bit like I was struggling at first. Could have been a mind thing, I guess.

Question for those who have hypothyroidism....
Has your doctor told you to cut carbs in order to lose weight? Been reading up, and seeing this suggestion alot. If you don't eat meat, what the heck are you supposed to eat?? I do eat fish and shell fish. I do eat dairy (eggs and cheese but not alot of milk).

5 pound goal for July....
If July is like June, I will lose a whopping .5 to 1 pound. But I'm hoping that it will pick up and I can hope for 5 pounds in July. I'm going to pick up on the cardio a bit, and eat cleaner. Any other suggestions?

Do you think you lose weight easier when you drink lots of water because water fills you up so you don't eat as much? Or does water have some metabolic effect that helps weight loss? I know it's probably a dumb question, but I was curious as to your opinions.

I love my "egg n muffin" maker!!
