I bought two of these little Tupperware type bowls with attached, with flip open lids. They are to put eggs into to microwave so you can put onto biscuits or muffins. I put 4 egg whites in and put cook for 2 minutes. They come out light and fluffy and perfect size for sandwich bread too. So I put it in between two slices of lite white bread.

I had a great egg sandwich for about 150 calories!

I have them too. They are awesome. Got them from Bed Bath and Beyond a couple years ago. But, I just checked their website and didn't see them.

Before these I used the metal rings, but I hated cleaning them.

Why don't you just use the right sized mug?

I use mine daily! I use a little olive oil spray, 1/2 c egg whites, then I cut a laughing cow wedge into it, put chopped onion, mushroom, and spinach in, a teaspoon of oilve oil, a little salt and pepper. 3:30 min and then I put it on a slice of whole grain toast wi a thick slice of tomato under it. The little pieces of laughing cow are like a heavenly surprise when I bite into it! Yum!

You could also just break eggs into a large ramikin dish, cover with Saran wrap and cook for 40-60 secs depending on quantity. Cooks a perfect egg for a egg mcmuffin. Add Canadian bacon onto a wheat English muffin and heaven.
