General Question concerning "Activity Level" and Apple Watch.

Over my Fat in calorie limit.
I have 705 calories left to eat. I want to eat dinner but I went over when I ate 1.5 cups of cashews (That was 938 calories by the way... I know shame on me) so Now I'm in the Red for fat intake Should I still eat dinner? Also I worked out today. Mostly strength training though.

Calorie Intake not being Met.
