I have 705 calories left to eat. I want to eat dinner but I went over when I ate 1.5 cups of cashews (That was 938 calories by the way... I know shame on me) so Now I'm in the Red for fat intake
Should I still eat dinner?
Also I worked out today. Mostly strength training though.

Fat won't hurt your weight loss. It's good for you. It helps with all kinds of things including vitamin absortion, cell health, healthy skin and nails. Keep eating for the day without fear of the red numbers. You'll be fine as long as you stay in your calorie range.0

I stay in red for fat...but if you look it is mostly good fat. Fat is not your enemy and you need it. Nuts are very good for you. I almost want to message MFP to seperate the bad fat from good on the diary so ppl will stop eating by the myth ....fat is bad for you.0
