I am an overweight woman who has decided for the better. I made the decision on my own to eat clean and healthy. I am supposed to be eating 1,900 calories however I only eat 1,200. What is the most healthy way to increase calorie intake?

Thank you all for your time!

Eat whatever you want, just hit proper macro intakes, fiber intake, and micronutrient intakes

This and more protein will get you a long ways there.

I had a similar problem when I was trying to add mass. www.eatthismuch.com is amazing. You can search for foods you like and drag it into a meal plan and see the numbers add up. A VERY simple and good way to get calories = unsalted almonds. Just 25g = about 450kcal. How did you identify 1900 as your number? Did you use a BMR calculator? I'd get a protein powder. They add about 25g protein and 120 calories. Enjoy after the gym or in the morning.
