I am an overweight woman who has decided for the better. I made the decision on my own to eat clean and healthy. I am supposed to be eating 1,900 calories however I only eat 1,200. What is the most healthy way to increase calorie intake?
Thank you all for your time!

This and more protein will get you a long ways there.0 -
I had a similar problem when I was trying to add mass. www.eatthismuch.com is amazing. You can search for foods you like and drag it into a meal plan and see the numbers add up. A VERY simple and good way to get calories = unsalted almonds. Just 25g = about 450kcal. How did you identify 1900 as your number? Did you use a BMR calculator? I'd get a protein powder. They add about 25g protein and 120 calories. Enjoy after the gym or in the morning.0
