Orange marmalade in a bread machine?
So I now have a bread machine that can make jam, and I want to make some marmalade. Google is proving hard work! I have 1kg of preserving/ jam sugar and oranges and a lemon... now what!? The machine was 2nd hand so no instructions :frown:

Back of knee 'clicking' when jogging/ running

It's my friends wedding on Saturday and I couldn't find a fascinator that was quite... right! I wanted green (to match the dress) and butterflies that were a colour that would go with the dress... So I made this! Bought the butterflies and flower and put them together :smile:

Yipee! Got past my 'sticking' weight!

HRM no cals - how do I work them out?
Ok so I bought a HRM... but it doesn't show cals burnt. Can anyone tell me how to work out cals burnt from the total exercise time and the average heart rate? Or should I just take it back?
