Ok the OH is training to do the iron man, and if I leave him to feeding himself he will be eating pizza and nothing else. Maybe some cake.
Any suggestions for meals that care low cal for me but will give him enough energy to be able to do his training without looking like a bag of bones as he did last yr? He's got 10kg he wants to drop before the IM (sept 17th), runs daily and usually cycles daily too, swimming twice a week or so.
He's not remotely fussy with food (cold spag bol that's been left out? no problem! ), but is the sort who could burn water.... We live about 200 miles apart so I can't do all the cooking much as I'd like to :frown:
