I feel like I'm sure about this program being a workout because after I'm done I'm sore from dancing, but I really need to know does anyone think the sweat numbers up in the right hand corner is the actual numbers of calories that you burn? HELP!!!! Any suggestions:smile:

Well MFP family i decided to purchase this once again....i did years ago and it worked for me and i lost 7 to 10 pounds in the first week! I have started a new lifestyle of working out and watching what i eat and when i eat but the summer is almost here and i want to really go swimming with my babies for the first time…
I am looking forward to doing more core exercises that can possibly burn this fat off of my stomach plus better eating....would 30 minutes of bellydancing be beneficial???? :smile:

Does anyone do Ghilad Total Body Sculpt off of FitTv? It is circuit training, kickboxing, strengthning etc but its of course hard to put all of that under the exercise log in.....would you say that it's aeoribics high impact?
