They are both good routines but the P90X is extreme so if you really want to push yourself over your limit, then P90X is a better option. Good luck!0

I love Jillian!! her dvds are no joke and they really are a great workout! a lot of people will prob say p90x cause of course they are prob doing it so they will say its way more intense (could be) I havnt tryed it personally but i do like jillian. ive seen clips of what p90x has you do and in a lot of the jillian dvds, she has you doing a lot of the same type of things (like jump squats and more intense plyo type stuff) whichever you decide im sure will give you great results. jillian is good and she isnt as spendy either but its not like a whole 3 month program thing either but she has plenty of dvds out there to choose from0

I think you'll benefit a great deal with P90X. They have two different versions within the same program. There is a lean version and the classic version. The lean version has more cardio and the classic has three days with weight lifting using resistance bands or weights. It's a great program to do with the spouse as well. My husband and I have completed three rounds of P90X. We now mix it up with other things like running, Rockin' Body, Insanity, and Hip Hop Abs.0

I think it really depends on what you're looking for. For me, the biggest issue with P90X is time. It's a huge time commitment, 6 days every week. What I love about P90X is variety...I simply didn't get bored because you do something different every single day.
Time is a plus with Jillian's workouts...they're tough and in a short period of time. That said, I got BORED TO TEARS doing the same thing day in and day out.0 -
Thank you so very much i appreciate all the suggestions...i am looking for variety so ill weigh my options and decide...0

30day shred and her newest one ripped in 30 havelike 3/4 diff workouts on the one dvd. her new ripped in 30 has 4 24 min workouts on it level 1-4 so you can switch it up and her banish fat boost metablism one has like 6 or 7 short but intense cardio workouts (they are broke down into 6min intervals I dont do em everyday tho, I do a variety of things. some days i stay at home and do a jilian dvd, some days i go to the gym and jog/run, get on the elliptical and go to fitness classes if im able to. switching it up is key0
