Well MFP family i decided to purchase this once again....i did years ago and it worked for me and i lost 7 to 10 pounds in the first week! I have started a new lifestyle of working out and watching what i eat and when i eat but the summer is almost here and i want to really go swimming with my babies for the first time this year and feel comfortable in at least a one piece! Im basically saying im getting a little impatient with the weight loss and need that extra push and thats an actual program that works for me....i will still use MFP but im going to start that program as soon as i get it! Cant wait to feel comfortable in the skin im in again.....im ready to look and feel healthy and strive to stay that way once and for all! Anyone used this method before?

I never heard of it but I will check Google. I reached my goal weight but I want and need a body makeover anyway, and sooo bad.

    Good luck to you!

i purchased it years ago too but i found it to be way to complicated. it may work but i didn't like the recipes that were suggested, etc. etc, etc. I think I'll stick with the MFP because even though the weight comes off slower i believe that I'm changing my lifestyle and my eating habits so that the weight will not come back without all of the complicated stuff that you have to do with the other system.

You answer questions to a quiz and then your given your body type to let you know what foods are best for you....then you choose the body shape you want and you haauseve to eat at least 6 to 7 times a day and then do like 30 min of walking and i lost 7 to 10pounds in the 1st week but when i googled it i seen that its a little different BUT udo get your money back if 30 pounds is not lost in the 6 weeks! I loved it but i do sort of fear that it will allcome back and quicker than i lost it when i decide ive lost enough and just want to continue working out and eating better but not exactly the way he says! Im sort of confused but need this quick jumpstart being that its Spring and want to at least go swimming and feel comfortable in a one piece!

Did you continue working out or eating a lil better afterwards?

And your so very right i want this to become my lifestyle i was just looking for a quicker way i know that works or shall i say worked for me before....just worried that it will come back but with the help of MFP i know i will be ok because they do have a maintain weight goal also so thats what im looking forward to and will hope for the best! and yes eating 6 to 7 times a day is alot but itll give me a quick boost to my metabolism to help get back in shape and get rid of my stubborn baby fat

No, after about a year I start putting the weight back on.. I stop walking and you know its easy not to go and make up excuses why I should not go..But I still have my 6WBMO so I think I will pull out the box and start over..Combine MFP w/6WBMO

After a friend of mine went on the 6WBMO and lost a lot of weight (and was put in one of Michael's informercials) I purchased it a few years ago and still have the complete set in the closet. While I was on it, I did lose 20 something pounds  but then I got tired of all the foods you "could not " eat :frown: so I dug out my old WW books, dusted them off and decided to try that again.......

Needless to say, I am now here at MFP and trying to lose all the weight that I have gained back

Oh ok and i know how easy it is...we all do but thats ok i think we get so happy and satisfied and stop doing anything to maintain it but thats why i said like you said combining them both would be awesome after i stop the makeover i will always have mfp to fall back on and again they do have the maintain goal and thats what i would use if i didnt want to lose or gain...
